Scope Plus Group Limited is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Business Development Associate position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities to drive revenue and market growth for the health and safety training school and school health program and has general oversight of the operations of the health and safety training and certification programs. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

·       The candidate will conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors and potential clients.

·       The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

·       The candidate must understand client needs and customize solutions to address business challenges.

·       The candidate will be responsible for attending industry events, conferences and networking functions to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.

·       The candidate will explore opportunities for partnerships, joint ventures and collaborations to expand the business.

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related

·       Proven experience in business development, administration, marketing or a related role

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Good negotiation and presentation skills

·       Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and internal teams

·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales and business growth

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·       Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis

·       Knowledge of digital marketing

Working Conditions

·       Full-time position

·       Flexible working hours may be required to meet deadlines or attend events

·       Salary: 2,500 – 4,000 cedis
