Melange seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Event Coordinator or Usher position. The ideal candidate must be between 18 – 25 years and must be at least 5’5 tall. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate must ensure excellent customer services are provided to guests and clients
· The candidate will be responsible for directing guests to the reception or event centers
· The candidate will welcome guests
· The candidate will manage event staff assignments and delegations
· The candidate must ensure all event safety standards are adhered to
· The candidate must establish and maintain good relationships with vendors and venues
· The candidate must plan event details and aspects including dining and seating
Qualification
· Applicant must be between the ages of 18 – 25 years
· Proven ability to speak two or more languages is an added advantage
· Women must be between UK Size 6 – 10
· Both male and female candidates will be accepted
· Candidate must be at least 5’5 ft tall
