Impact is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of Data Entry Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stock and distribution tracking and data quality assurance. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in data entry, administration or equivalent. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for stock and distribution tracking to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and materials.

·       The candidate must ensure data quality assurance by regularly validating, cleaning and updating records to maintain accuracy and consistency.

·       The candidate will manage the company’s CRM and contact database

·       The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the campaign and activation data management

Qualification

·       Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in the data entry field

·       Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of data with speed and accuracy

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills

·       A keen eye for detail
