Duston Properties is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Sales & Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing marketing initiatives, and strengthening the company’s market presence across its residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
· Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in real estate sales and marketing.
· Strong experience in luxury residential or off-plan property sales is preferred.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.
· Strong understanding of Ghana's real estate market and buyer behavior.
· Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM systems.
