Buwelo Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email or social media. The ideal candidate must have excellent transcription and typing skills (above 60 WPM). The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media
ii. The candidate will provide accurate information about products, services or policies
iii. The candidate will handle complaints of clients
iv. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and reporting customer feedback to help improve services and products
Qualification
i. Attention to detail & Accuracy
ii. Excellent transcription and typing skills (above 60WPM)
iii. Familiarity with captioning software and voice-to-text tools
iv. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
v. Good interpersonal and coordination skills
vi. A keen eye for detail
vii. Good time management skills
