Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responding to client inquiries via phone, email or chat.
· The candidate will provide accurate information about products or services
· The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client issues efficiently
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with account setup, modifications, and maintenance
· The candidate will provide feedback to improve customer service processes
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development of better client support strategies
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field
· Previous work experience in property management or construction management is preferable
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal and coordination skills
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
· Knowledge of relocation procedures, immigration regulations and housing marketing is an added advantage
· Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for helping clients achieve a smooth relocation experience
· Possession of a valid driver’s license
