The successful candidate is responsible for providing banking services outside traditional bank branches, typically by visiting clients at their homes, offices, or other convenient locations. Primary Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Retention:
i. Identify and attract new customers by reaching out to potential clients through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
ii. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering personalized banking solutions.
Cross-Selling Banking Products:
i. Promote and sell banking products and services to meet clients' individual financial needs, such as mortgages, personal loans, insurance, or investment accounts.
ii. Achieve sales targets set by the bank, focusing on increasing revenue through product offerings.
Conducting Transactions Safely:
i. Ensure the security of client transactions during mobile visits by following protocols and maintaining confidentiality.
ii. Handle and reconcile any cash transactions or check deposits while adhering to compliance and safety standards.
Customer Service and Problem Solving:
i. Resolve any client issues related to account management, loans, or other banking services.
ii. Provide ongoing support for clients regarding their accounts, digital banking access, or financial products.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
i. Keep up-to-date with market trends, product developments, and competitor services to better position the banks offerings.
ii. Use client feedback to suggest improvements in services or products.
