Asedapa Micro-Credit Services seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Loan Office position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing approval, and denying loan applications for people and businesses. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers and our financial institution and will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation with specified limits

·       The candidate will be responsible for interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans

·       The candidate will be responsible for determining all applicable ratios and metrics and setting up debt payment plans

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or other related fields

·       Proven work experience as a Loan Officer or equivalent

·       Familiarity with computers and banking applicants/software

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
