Forewin is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and compliant shipment processing, documentation, and clearance in alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Job Purpose:

Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and compliant shipment processing, documentation, and clearance in alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

       i.          Shipment Coordination: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, processing documentation within 12-24 hours.

     ii.          Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely submission and approval of regulatory documentation and permits.

    iii.          Clearance Follow-Up: Liaise with agents and service providers to monitor progress and resolve issues.

   iv.          Duty Declaration: Complete duty declarations within 12-24 hours from vessel arrival/departure or CCVR receipt.

     v.          Export Management: Oversee end-to-end export processes, ensuring compliance with laws and standards.

   vi.          Transaction Monitoring: Capture and submit logistics transactions and costs within 5 working days.

  vii.          Permit & Regulatory Support: Manage permit applications and renewals.

Key Competencies:

       i.          Strong understanding of international shipping and local customs procedures

     ii.          Proficiency in regulatory compliance

    iii.          Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and coordination skills

   iv.          Attention to detail and strong organizational ability

Qualifications & Experience:

       i.          Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

     ii.          5+ years' experience in logistics or shipping (FMCG environment preferred) -Proficiency in ICUMS

    iii.          Familiarity with Ghanaian import/export regulations and government agencies
