Drill Masters Africa is seeking qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of HR Officer. The successful candidate must have 4+ years of practical HR experience (mining/construction/drilling preferred). The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Qualification

       i.          Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field

     ii.          4+ years’ practical HR experience (mining/construction/drilling preferred)

    iii.          HR certification (e.g., PHRi) is a strong advantage

   iv.          Solid knowledge of Ghana labor law and HR compliance

     v.          Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

   vi.          High professionalism, integrity and confidentiality

  vii.          Proficient  in Microsoft Office and HR systems

viii.          Able to work independently in remote/field environments
