ICS Outsourcing seeks the services of qualified, passionate, and hardworking individuals for the HR Manager position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing team management, human resources optimization, and talent acquisition functions. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will lead and oversee the HR team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of HR services.

·       The candidate will delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth coordination within the HR department.

·       The candidate will analyze and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

·       The candidate will utilize HR analytics and technology to optimize resource allocation and decision-making.

·       The candidate will oversee recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent.

·       The candidate will build employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

·       The candidate will create, review, and update HR policies to align with organizational goals.

·       The candidate will implement HR systems and tools for streamlined operations.

·       The candidate will design and administer competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

·       A Master’s degree in HR is an added advantage

·       Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial position

·       Experience in a multi-cultural environment

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
