Responsibilities
· The candidate will lead and oversee the HR team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of HR services.
· The candidate will delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth coordination within the HR department.
· The candidate will analyze and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
· The candidate will utilize HR analytics and technology to optimize resource allocation and decision-making.
· The candidate will oversee recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent.
· The candidate will build employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
· The candidate will create, review, and update HR policies to align with organizational goals.
· The candidate will implement HR systems and tools for streamlined operations.
· The candidate will design and administer competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
· A Master’s degree in HR is an added advantage
· Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial position
· Experience in a multi-cultural environment
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
