Pasico Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Transport and Facilities Officer. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation, safety, and cost-effectiveness of both vehicle and transport services. The ideal candidate must have a valid Ghanaian driving license, a category B with no restrictions. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Report daily to the Fleet & Service Manager • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Takoradi vehicle fleet
ii. Maintain compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and best practices
iii. Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections
iv. Manage the upkeep of buildings and premises, including cleaning, repairs, and utilities services
v. Supervise contractors and service providers for facility-related work
vi. Ensure health, safety, and security standards are met across all facilities
Qualifications
i. Valid Ghanaian driving license (category B with no restrictions) {manual}
ii. Proficiency with Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel
iii. Degree, or 5 years of relevant industry experience
iv. Attention to Detail
v. Honest, responsible & reliable
vi. Cooperative and good communicator
vii. Physical fitness and mental alertness
