PS Recruit is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Transportation Management Officer position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing transportation plans, optimizing transportation routes and vehicle scheduling. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

1.    Transportation planning and scheduling.

·       Develop transportation plans, and optimize transportation routes and vehicle scheduling. And ensure timeliness.

·       Coordinate drivers, vehicles, warehouses and other resources to deal with unexpected transportation problems (such as delays, and damage)

2.    Cost Control and Efficiency Improvement.

·       Monitor transportation expenses, analyze cost structure, and propose cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans.

·       Manage transportation equipment maintenance to reduce wastage.

3.    Safety management and compliance.

·       Supervise transportation safety operations to ensure compliance with traffic regulations and cargo safety standards.

·       Organize driver safety training, handling transportation accidents and insurance claims.

4.    Customer and supplier connection.

·       Coordinate customer requirements, track cargo status and handle abnormal feedback.

·       Manage third-party logistics cooperation and evaluate supplier service quality.

5.    Data Management and Reporting.

·       Collect transportation data (time, cost, customer satisfaction) and compile analysis reports.

Qualifications And Requirements

·       Education and Major College degree or above, major in logistics management, transportation, or supply chain management is preferred.

·       More than 2 years of transport/logistics management experience, familiar with transport regulations and industry operation processes.

Skills

·       Proficient in office software and map navigation tools.

·       Have emergency handling ability and negotiation skills.

Other

·       Strong sense of responsibility, good ability to work under pressure, can adapt to occasional business trips or overtime work.

·       CI driver license holder or familiar with vehicle management knowledge is preferred.
