DeeTek is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, integrating front-end and back-end systems to deliver seamless user experiences. This role requires expertise in both client-side and server-side technologies, with a focus on innovation, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End And Back-End Development

       i.          Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

     ii.          Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

    iii.          Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into functional web components.

   iv.          Develop robust server-side logic, APIs, and databases (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, MongoDB).

     v.          Design and maintain relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases

   vi.          Implement authentication/authorization systems (e.g., OAuth, JWT) and security best practices

Full Stack Integration:

       i.          Integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, cloud APIs) and internal microservices.

     ii.          Write clean, reusable code and conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).

    iii.          Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack, ensuring minimal downtime.

Collaboration And Innovation:

       i.          Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver features on time.

     ii.          Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML integration, serverless architectures) and propose innovative solutions.

    iii.          Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications:

       i.          Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

       i.          3+ years in full-stack development, with a portfolio of deployed applications.

     ii.          Proficiency in front-end (HTML/CSS, JavaScript/ TypeScript) and back-end (e.g., Python, Java,  .NET) languages.

    iii.          Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and version control (Git).

Skills:

       i.          Strong knowledge of frameworks/libraries (React, Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).

     ii.          Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins) and cloud services (AWS, Azure).

    iii.          Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

   iv.          Certifications: AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Azure, or similar. Preferred.

Other Requirements:

       i.          Ability to thrive in Agile/Scrum environments and adapt to evolving project needs.

     ii.          Passion for writing clean, maintainable code and staying ahead of tech trends.

    iii.          Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for critical system support.

   iv.          Ability to work in an agile development environment. -Passion for learning new technologies and continuous professional growth.
