Absolute freedom is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a Health Shop Attendant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

     ii.          The candidate will answer customer queries and provide product recommendations.

    iii.          The candidate will operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

   iv.          The candidate will restock shelves, display merchandise, and ensure products are neatly arrange.

     v.          The candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and report shortages to the manager.

   vi.          The candidate must maintain cleanliness of the shop including sweeping, dusting, and organizing shelves.

  vii.          The candidate will be responsible for reporting any issues or customer complaints to the supervisor or manager.

Qualification

       i.          HND/Bachelor’s in a related field

     ii.          Minimum of 1 year working experience in the complementary and alternative medicine industry. 

    iii.          Good communication and interpersonal skills

   iv.          Knowledgeable in phytopharmaceuticals or plant medicines

     v.          Positive, energetic and enthusiastic towards work.

   vi.          Friendly attitude and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
