Eastwing Medical Center is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Customer Service Executive. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Qualification & Education

       i.          Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, or a related field. Experience

     ii.          At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare Sector (experience in a hospital or clinic is an advantage).

Key Skills & Competencies

       i.          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills with a patient-centered attitude.

     ii.          Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

    iii.          Good computer skills

   iv.          High level of professionalism, empathy, and courtesy.

     v.          Strong organizational and time management skills.

   vi.          Good team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  vii.          Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage.
