Job Overview
GFX Brokers Limited, a leading Interdealer Broker is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an FX Dealer. The desk is primarily focused on managing trade flow in FX from the Banks. The role offers a highly professional and challenging opportunity in a fast-changing environment where you will be expanding the interdealer brokers’ franchise reach by building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining relationships with sell side Banks
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote the FX trading.
• Staying informed about market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their FX needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Providing excellent customer support, addressing client enquiries and concerns related to FX trading.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT or a related field.
• Strong quantitative academic background.
• Solid background in Information technology, including experience with IT Systems, networks and security protocols.
• Fluent in English.
• Sound knowledge of basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
The following would be considered as a great advantage:
• Relevant industry experience.
• Desire to consistently hit targets.
• A high degree self-motivation, drive and willingness to learn, try new approaches, take ownership, and drive resolution of issues.
• Knowledge of fixed income pricing, trading and dealing.
