A reputable radio station in Ghana is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Head of Operations and programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of engaging radio programs. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for  the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will oversee the daily operations of the radio station

·       The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of engaging radio programs

·       The candidate must ensure high-quality content and operational efficiency

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Media Communications, Business Administration or a related field

·       5 years of proven work experience in radio broadcast management or a similar industry

·       Strong leadership and coordination skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication

·       Knowledge of broadcasting regulations in Ghana

·       Proficiency in broadcasting technology and media production tools
