Xminger is seeking a highly experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. The Assistant Operations Manager aids in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Operations Department, ensuring efficient management of inventory, installation, compliance with advertising regulations, safety standards, quality control, and delivering high-quality advertising services on time. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

       i.          Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to understand client needs and ensure contracted advertising is deployed accurately.

     ii.          Supervise installation crews, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control.

    iii.          Maintain inventory of advertising materials, tools, and equipment.

   iv.          Ensure compliance with local advertising regulations.

     v.          Monitor operational performance through KPI's and prepare a report for senior management.

   vi.          Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  vii.          Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

       i.          Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.

     ii.          Minimum of 3 years proven experience in operations management,

    iii.          preferably in advertising, media, or outdoor signage.

   iv.          Strong leadership and team management skills.

     v.          Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

   vi.          Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

  vii.          Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

viii.          Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
