A reputable company seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of HR Manager. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of an HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management Public Relations Management or equivalent. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for overseeing employee relations

·       The candidate will be responsible for securing regulatory compliance

·       The candidate will be responsible for administering employee-related services

·       The candidate will be responsible for hiring and recruitment

·       The candidate will be responsible for creating a job description and designing orientation and onboarding materials for new staff

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Relations Management or equivalent

·       Proven work experience as a Human Resource manager in a reputable organization

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the company
