We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to provide strategic and administrative support to senior management.
The successful candidate must possess substantial experience supporting executives, demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
The role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and work independently under pressure. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Requirements:
· Minimum of 5–8 years’ proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
· Must have prior experience supporting senior executives or top-level management
· A bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field is required
· A Master’s Degree or a relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
· High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
· Ability to manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, reports, and official correspondence effectively.
