Sunda is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of sales officer and supervisor. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position of a Sales Officer.
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
· The candidate will present, promote and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.
· The candidate will conduct marketing research to identify trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
· The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
· The candidate will collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales efforts
Qualification
· A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field is preferred HND may be considered
· 2 – 5 years of experience in sales
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market expansion
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
· Proficient in CRM software
· Fluency in French is an added advantage
