Bills is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an Internal Audit Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in internal audit assignments and supporting the review of financial transactions and documents. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will assist in internal audit assignments

     ii.          The candidate will support in reviewing financial transactions and documents

    iii.          The candidate will help identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements

   iv.          The candidate will assist in preparing audit working papers and draft reports

     v.          The candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized records of audit documentation and findings

   vi.          The candidate will follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations

  vii.          The candidate will issue loan clearance letters to clients upon request or settlement

viii.          The candidate will assist with insurance claim processes and documentation

   ix.          The candidate will support in updating and reconciling clients' information with the credit bureau

     x.          The candidate will be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Internal Audit

Qualifications

       i.          A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and Banking.

     ii.          A certification from ACCA or ICAG, or CIMA would be an added advantage.

    iii.          Minimum of three (3) years working experience in a similar capacity

   iv.          Ability to handle multiple portfolios and submit reports on time.

     v.          Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
