Bexx Group, a Group of Companies, seeks the services of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking social media performance, analyzing metrics, and providing insights to enhance our social media strategies. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to help optimize our presence on various social platforms and drive engagement and train a team to run all social media platforms as well. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for handling and managing social media marketing activities

·       The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries and issues

·       The candidate must apply efficient SEO strategies using keyword searches

·       The candidate will be responsible for choosing the best social media platforms the company needs to invest more in

·       The candidate must stay current with social media trends and update policies as well

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

·       Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.

·       Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools

·       Expertise in using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
