Zan Estates and Décor is seeking highly motivated, smart and presentable Sales/Marketing Manageress to drive sales, develop marketing strategies and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills and the ability to close deals effectively. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will develop and implement strategic marketing sales plans to achieve company goals

·       The candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients to drive business growth

·       The candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

·       The candidate will lead marketing campaigns, including social media digital marketing and traditional advertising

·       The candidate will coordinate with the sales team to track leads, negotiate deals and close sales

Qualification

·       HND/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations Management or other relevant fields

·       3 years of proven work experience in sales and marketing

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Good interpersonal, coordination and negotiation skills

·       Ability to work independently

·       Experience in real estate or a related industry is an added advantage

·       A keen eye for detail

·       Good time management skills

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office
