Kereben Empire is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Operations Manager. The successful candidate will translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and ensure effective execution. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and ensure effective execution.
ii. Oversee day-to-day operations, workflows, and organisational processes to ensure efficiency and alignment.
iii. Monitor and hold teams accountable for performance, task completion, and quality of deliverables.
iv. Develop, maintain, and improve operational systems, SOPs, and dashboards for continuous improvement.
Experience and Qualifications
i. 2-4 years' experience in operations, project management, or executive support.
ii. Proven ability to independently manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.
iii. Strong problem-solving, organisational, and people management skills.
iv. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
