Kasapreko Plc is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of I.T. Service Delivery Analyst. The ideal candidate will own the IS strategic goal. The candidate will be responsible for driving competitive advantage and provide top notch customer experience in the Business. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for leading all Information Systems / Information Technology infrastructure solutions that will be executed.

·       The candidate must establish a trusted face of Information systems

·       The candidate will be responsible for daily review of incidents and change tickets logged with the helpdesk to ensure it is resolved on time

·       The candidate should have a strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

·       Professional IT qualification is an added advantage

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Proficient in data analysis techniques, procedures and standards
