University of Ghana Medical Centre Ltd is seeking to employ passionate and hardworking individuals for the position of a Periodontist – Senior Specialist/Consultant. The ideal candidate should have in his/her possession a Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry or equivalent.

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will advise patients and clients on preventive care;

·       Candidate will development treatment plans for patients;

·       Candidate will thoroughly evaluate and prescribe medications for patients and clients;

·       Candidate will perform cosmetic periodontal procedures;

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or a related field

·       A relevant postgraduation exit qualification for the level of a fellowship in periodontology from a recognized postgraduate institution.

·       A post-fellowship research work/publication

·       Leadership and management training.

·       Continuing professional training in the field of relevant specialty
