BabyNest is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Assistant Administrator. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, supporting financial processes, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance, while leveraging digital tools for efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Managing daily operations

     ii.          Supporting financial processes

    iii.          Maintaining records

   iv.          Ensuring compliance

     v.          Leveraging digital tools for efficiency

Qualification

       i.          HND/Degree in Administration, Business, Finance, or related field

     ii.          2+ years of administration/finance experience

    iii.          Proficiency in Microsoft Office: AI/ Digital skills is an added advantage

   iv.          Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

     v.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

   vi.          Good interpersonal and coordination skills
