Great Minds Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, dependable, organized, and experienced individuals for the position of an Administrative & Project Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. The successful candidate will maintain organized schedules, reports, and project files. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities:

       i.          Assign projects to the right teams and monitor progress

     ii.          Coordinate communication between departments

    iii.          Assist with basic accounting and record-keeping

   iv.          Maintain organized schedules, reports, and project files

     v.          Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs

Requirements:

       i.          Background in accounting or bookkeeping

     ii.          Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    iii.          Excellent communication and teamwork skills

   iv.          Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

     v.          Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving
