Excelsior Global Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of Receptionist. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor and the ability to manage front desk responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression for the company. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and staff warmly and professionally.

·       The candidate will answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately.

·       The candidate will manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable.

·       The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and appointment scheduling.

·       The candidate will receive and distribute deliveries and correspondence

·       The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the office supplies inventory and assisting with procurement needs

·       The candidate will support staff and management with various clerical tasks

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing event-day support on Saturdays when necessary

·       The candidate must ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualification

·       Diploma or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Duties, or a related field

·       At least 1 year of relevant experience in a receptionist or front desk role (preferred)

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities

·       Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment
