1. Station Management
i. Coordinate with maintenance vendors for the servicing of equipment and support services across stations.
ii. Oversee station maintenance, including civil, electrical, and mechanical aspects, to ensure smooth operations.
iii. Uphold JD-Link Oil's operational standards at all stations.
iv. Provide hands-on supervision of station supervisors regarding operational matters.
v. Address and resolve issues highlighted in spot-check audit reports, mitigating risks as needed.
vi. Ensure the well-being and welfare of all station staff.
2. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management
i. Ensure appropriate safety signage and protocols are maintained across all stations.
ii. Oversee the management of CCTV systems at all stations.
iii. Monitor and enforce HSE protocols, including wearing masks, flood prevention measures, fire safety standards, and other safety procedures.
iv. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards at all JD-Link Oil stations.
3. Security Management
i. Supervise security personnel, manage their schedules, and ensure compliance with established procedures.
ii. Provide training, manage resources, and maintain high standards of quality assurance for security personnel.
iii. Assess risks, coordinate responses to incidents, and collaborate with external partners when necessary.
4. Regulatory Compliance
i. Manage relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure stations comply with all relevant regulations.
ii. Ensure that all regulatory documents are valid, up-to-date, and readily available at all stations.
5. Stock Management
i. Implement product discharge protocols to minimize transfer losses from drivers to station supervisors.
ii. Prevent and control underground losses at stations through effective stock management procedures.
6. Depot Operations
i. Oversee the management of gantry workers and foster positive relationships with regulatory agencies, including CEPS, NPA, BOC, and others.
7. Depot Operations
i. Ensure regulatory requirements for projects are met and oversee the provision of start-up requirements for new stations.
8. Human Resource Management
i. Lead refresher training programs for existing supervisors.
ii. Conduct training and examinations for new supervisors, ensuring competency and readiness for their roles.
Technical Competence
i. Experience in managing retail outlets, with a strong understanding of stock control, sales reconciliation, and target setting.
ii. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the fuel industry, including safety, documentation, and

iv. Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with Dealers and customers.
v. Proficiency in analyzing sales reports and providing actionable insights to improve station performance.
vi. Skilled in conducting audits and identifying discrepancies, particularly in stock and sales data.
