Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Guide customers through the purchase process, including providing product recommendations and processing transactions efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Assist with restocking shelves, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring that all products are accurately priced and displayed.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest products and trends in the store to provide accurate information to customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns with accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
