A reputable company located in Oyarifa Ghana, seeks the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Sales Manager or Shop Attendant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to help the company grow. The ideal candidate must have proven work experience in sales management with a track record of success. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities
i. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
ii. The candidate will identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
iii. The candidate will maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
iv. The candidate will analyze market trends and competitors to optimize sales efforts.
v. The candidate will be responsible for preparing sales reports and forecasts.
vi. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Requirements
i. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
ii. Proven experience in sales management with a track record of success.
iii. Strong leadership and team management skills.
iv. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
v. Experience in CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
