Kab-Fam is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Customer Service Executive. The successful candidate will be a smart and intelligent LADY seeking to join a dynamic, results-oriented team to advance your career in Customer Service and Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing customer service functions, completing sales within the showroom, welcoming customers by greeting them, and assisting them. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Welcoming customers by greeting them; assisting them.

     ii.          Directing customers by escorting them to racks and counters and suggesting items.

    iii.          Advising customers by providing information on products.

   iv.          Helping customers to make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions, and providing opinions.

     v.          Documenting sales by creating or updating customer profile records.

   vi.          Processing payments by totaling purchases; processing cheques, cash, and store or other credit/debit cards.

  vii.          Keeping clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

viii.          Contributing to team effort by accomplishing assigned sales targets.

   ix.          Any other responsibility as may be determined by the Retail Manager.

Qualification

       i.          Diploma in a relevant field

     ii.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    iii.          Good interpersonal and coordination skills

   iv.          A keen eye for detail

     v.          Good time management skills
