Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the company’s business objectives. The Senior Marketing Officer will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
· Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's offerings, including Microsoft solutions, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
· Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.
· Manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
2. Lead Generation and Digital Marketing:
· Drive lead generation efforts through digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
· Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that increase website traffic and generate qualified leads.
· Track and optimise conversion rates from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
3. Brand Management and Awareness:
· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
· Monitor and improve brand visibility by executing branding campaigns and maintaining alignment with the company’s mission and values.
· Support product launches with creative campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
· Use analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns, generating actionable insights to optimise marketing efforts.
· Prepare monthly marketing reports, highlighting KPIs such as engagement rates, lead conversions, and ROI.
· Recommend adjustments to strategies based on campaign performance
5. Collaboration and Team Leadership:
· Work closely with the sales, product, and technology teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
· Mentor junior marketing staff, guiding campaign execution and professional growth.
· Act as a point of contact for cross-departmental marketing efforts.
6. Event Management:
· Organize and promote webinars, conferences, and other marketing events to boost lead generation and engagement.
· Prepare post-event reports to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements for future events.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a marketing role, preferably in IT or digital transformation industries.
· Skills: Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics), SEO, and campaign management.
· Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
