An American BPO Company is seeking qualified and hardworking sales and marketing executives to work in its Accra based international Contact Centre. The ideal candidate will focus on sales and marketing campaigns with customers in USA and Canada. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· Candidate will create and oversee marketing campaigns
· Candidate must ensure a healthy relationship is maintained with all clients and staff
· Candidate will work in collaboration with the media department
· Candidate must ensure client questions are answered in a professional manner
Qualification
· Extremely fluent in English Language
· Good written and verbal communication skill
· Proven work experience as a sales, marketing or contact center staff
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
· Age requirement is between 24 years to 36 years
