Responsibilities
· The candidate will plan and oversee menu creation and food preparation
· The candidate will be responsible for training mentoring and managing kitchen staff
· The candidate will maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
· The candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory, controlling costs and ensuring efficient kitchen operations
· The candidate must ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualification
· Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
· Expertise in diverse culinary techniques and menu development
· Strong leadership and organizational skills
· Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
