Unique Floral is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate must know standard software packages and can learn company-specific software if required. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent use of Microsoft Office (i.e, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.). The following  are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Qualification

       i.          Flexibility and adaptability

     ii.          Be willing to work long hours and work well under pressure

    iii.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

   iv.          Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask

     v.          The ability to be proactive and take the initiative

   vi.          A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required

  vii.          Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites

viii.          Must be able to work from Monday – Saturday; 8 am – 6 pm
