Aqua Safari Resort seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Assistant Service Manager position. The ideal candidate will assist the Service Manager in running the operations of the Butler Service department. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will assist the service manager in running the operations of the butler service department

·       The candidate will monitor service areas to ensure efficiency and organization

·       The candidate must ensure the timely completion of service tasks such as repairs, maintenance or product servicing

·       The candidate will greet customers, asses their needs and provide them with relevant service information

·       The candidate will address customer inquiries, concerns or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction

·       The candidate will keep customers informed of service progress costs and any unexpected changes

·       The candidate will assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to service technicians and other staff members

·       The candidate will support the service manager in training, coaching, and evaluating team members

·       The candidate will monitor and manage inventory levels for parts, tools and equipment

Qualification

·       Minimum of HND in Hospitality Management or other relevant fields

·       Proven work experience as an Executive Housekeeper

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills

·       Good time management skills

·       Experience as an F&B Outlet Manager will be an added advantage
