The Royal Senchi seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Reservation Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and optimal performance of all reservation duties to generate maximum revenues for the hotel. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive knowledge and usage of the front office module Opera PMS and reservations Extranet.

·       The candidate will process reservations by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation systems referral.

·       The candidate knows all hotel package plans, selling status, rates and benefits.

·       The candidate will be responsible for processing cancellations and modifications and promptly relay this information to the front desk.

·       The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English

·       The candidate will be responsible for being self-motivated and continuously striving to better his/her skills and increase his/her knowledge

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing consistently high standards of customer service

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management, Tourism and Travel or any other related course

·       Minimum of 2 years experience and above as a hotel reservations agent

·       Recognizes that achieving exceptional guest service necessitates embodying values such as empathy, a customer-centric approach, and cultural sensitivity
