Jam Courier is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will respond to calls, messages, and emails about orders and deliveries. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Respond to calls, messages, and emails about orders and deliveries

     ii.          Keep customers informed about their package status and any updates

    iii.          Handle complaints and delays quickly, professionally, and with care

   iv.          Assist with orders – help place, modify, or explain delivery options

     v.          Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries

   vi.          Use digital tools to log issues and follow up with customers until resolved. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with basic systems

Qualification

       i.          Good written and verbal communication skills

     ii.          Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills

    iii.          Good analytical skills

   iv.          A keen eye for detail
