Responsibilities
i. Respond to calls, messages, and emails about orders and deliveries
ii. Keep customers informed about their package status and any updates
iii. Handle complaints and delays quickly, professionally, and with care
iv. Assist with orders – help place, modify, or explain delivery options
v. Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries
vi. Use digital tools to log issues and follow up with customers until resolved. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with basic systems
