PS Recruit is seeking the services of detail-oriented, results-driven and hardworking individuals for the position of Human Resource Specialist. The ideal candidate will make recruitment plans, publish recruitment information and screen resumes. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Configuration.
· According to the company's needs, make recruitment plans, publish recruitment information, screen resumes, arrange interviews and background checks.
· Coordinate the employment needs of the department, complete the procedures of staff entry, transfer, transfer, resignation, etc.
2. Employee Relationship Management.
· Handle employee daily consultation (attendance, salary, benefits, etc.), coordinate and resolve labor disputes.
· Organize employee activities, promote the implementation of corporate culture, and maintain good employee relations.
3. Basic Personnel Matters.
· Manage employee files and labour contracts to ensure compliance.
· Handle social security, provident fund payments and employee welfare payments.
4. Training and assessment support.
· Assist in new employee training, on-the-job training and performance evaluation.
5. Policy implementation and optimization.
· Implement the company's personnel system, update the knowledge of labor law regularly, and avoid employment risks.
Qualifications And Requirements
· Education and Major. College degree or above, major in human resource management, administration management, psychology, etc.
· Experience: 1-3 years of HR-related work experience, familiar with the recruitment process and labour regulations.
Skills
· Strong communication and coordination skills, proficient in office software (Excel/PPT/HR system). -Basic data analysis ability, and logical clarity.
