A Luxury Hotel Group in Accra is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Finance Controller. The ideal candidate must have a minimum 5-7 years of financial management experience in the hospitality industry. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Requirements
i. Minimum 5-7 years of financial management experience in the hospitality industry (hotels or resorts).
ii. Strong expertise in P&L management, balance sheet oversight, and cash-flow forecasting.
iii. Experience managing multi-property or cluster operations.
iv. Solid understanding of credit control, supplier management, and working capital optimization.
v. Knowledge of financial reporting, dashboards, KPIs & internal controls.
vi. Familiarity with PMS/POS financial systems and FX management is an advantage.
vii. Proven ability to analyze financial performance, identify risks, and support strategic decision-making.
viii. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
ix. High integrity and ability to work under pressure.
