Synlab is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Finance Officer. The ideal candidate will oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and effective collections. The ideal candidate must have a first degree in accounting or another related field. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will develop annual budgets in coordination with department heads.
ii. The candidate will prepare periodic financial statements
iii. The candidate will oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and effective collections
iv. The candidate will conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning, capital investments, and risk management
Qualification
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized institution
ii. A master’s Degree is an advantage.
iii. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting or finance-related work
iv. Certification from a recognized professional accounting body (ICAG, ACCA)
v. Work experience with Ghanaian tax laws and statutory reporting
