Accra College of Medicine seeks the services of qualified, passionate, and hardworking individuals for the position of Accounts and Finance Officer. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and examining financial reports and statements and must have a good understanding of pay regulations. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing and examining financial reports and statements.

·       The candidate will be responsible for analyzing records and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company regulations.

·       The candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger functions

·       The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting external and internal audits

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study

·       Professional certification such as ICA, ACCA, or CIMA is an added advantage

·       Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Finance and Accounting Officer or similar role

·       Ability to prepare final account documents

·       Excellent knowledge of accounting and auditing software such as Tally and others

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
