World Recruit Services Ltd is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Finance Officer. The deal candidate will manage daily financial records, transactions, and reconciliations. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and bookkeeping. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily financial records, transactions, and reconciliations
· Prepare financial statements, budgets, and management reports
· Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow to ensure financial stability
· Oversee payroll administration, tax filings, and statutory compliance
· Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting systems
· Track inventory costs, supplier payments, and operational expenditures
· Conduct periodic financial reviews and support audits
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
· Minimum 4 years of work experience in accounting or finance (restaurant or hospitality industry experience is an added advantage)
· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and bookkeeping
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
· High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of Ghana tax laws and statutory obligations is preferred
