Edu Spots is seeking to employ qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a Finance and Operations Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance, human resource and policy development in an international charity context. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for this position;

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will ensure all policies and procedures are abided by in the organization.

·       Candidate will support HR initiatives by providing the needed assistance.

·       Candidate must implement systems and processes to help the organization perform better.

·       Candidate must put in place motivational measures to help boost employee productivity

·       Candidate my have the abilities to manage finances and implement the right financial systems.

·       Candidate must ensure financial laws and regulations are complied with.

Qualification

·       Strong understanding of finance, HR and policy development in an international charity context.

·       Proven experience as finance & operations manager

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management or a related field

·       Good time-management and interpersonal skills
