Bomarts Farms Limited is seeking the services of qualified, experienced and hardworking individuals for the position of Finance Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing an organization’s financial health and ensuring accurate financial records. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and budgeting.
· The candidate will monitor the cash flow and financial transactions
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements
· The candidate must ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
· The candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets
· The candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial performance and variances
· The candidate must stay updated with financial laws and regulations
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
· Minimum of 2 years in finance or accounting roles
· Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
· Proficiency in ERP, Sage Accounting and Quickbooks
· Proficiency in accounting standards and regulations
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good coordination and interpersonal skills
