Job Purpose

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels. This role involves overseeing brand campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

       i.          Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company goals. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.

Market Research & Analysis:

       i.          Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

     ii.          Analyze data to inform brand decisions and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Campaign Management:

       i.          Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).

     ii.          Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

       i.          Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Communications teams. Coordinate with external agencies for creative development and media buying.

Budget Management:

i.                 Prepare and manage brand marketing budgets.

ii.               Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.

Brand Performance Monitoring:

i.                 Track KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and market share. Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

       i.          Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

     ii.          3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.

    iii.          Proven experience in the hair fashion industry, including understanding of trends, consumer behavior, and product positioning.

   iv.          Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.

     v.          Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
